Command: CAST

  The cast command is used to cast spells.  The name of the spell must be
  enclosed in single quotes (').  If there is a target to the spell, then it
  will follow the name, outside the quotes.

Usage:
  cast '' 

Examples:
  cast 'cure light' soldier
  cast 'word of recall'
  alias mm cast 'magic missile'
